Jane Edevane - Vocals

Jane has more than 15 years experience as a professional front line vocalist. She has a diverse voice which handles the rock anthems of Tina Turner as easily as she can deliver a Patsy Cline Ballard.  Her acute understanding of harmony also provides solid backing vocals to the male led numbers. Jane is one of the founder members of Black Velvet and also handles the administration.

Mike Williams - Vocals

Mike joined the Band in 1999 to provide diversity to the vocal section. He fronts the band with Jane and provides strong vocal having been trained at the renowned Academy of Contempary Music in Guildford.  He has previously sung in a number of bands and has proven pedigree on the stages of the home counties.

Dominic Whittle - Piano and Blues Harmonica

Dominic is an expert traditional piano player who has built on that experience to play sampled synth parts including brass and Hammond organ. He plays boogie as proficiently as romantic ballads. He has played  dinner jazz, rockabilly, rock and roll and rag. He has played at most of the well known UK music venues including the Royal Albert Hall.

Gary Leeder - Guitar

Gary is one of the founder members of the band and has played with Dominic and Jane for more that 12 years. He is a highly experienced guitarist, contributes to musical arrangement and acts as the sound technician for the electronic equipment.

Tom Lusty - Bass Guitar

Elizabeth Brumfitt - Drums

Elizabeth provides the backbone to the rhythm section. Having played drums professionally for over 12 years, she demonstrates a light jazz touch as easily as a solid rock beat along with unique backing vocals. Elizabeth has a music degree at a London University.
